Game4Padel
Padel is the fastest growing racket sport in the country. The website is where somebody decides whether to play, so that is where the work started.
The old site asked people to work for it. Too many steps between wanting a game and having one booked. The rebuild pulls that down to four taps and puts the courts on screen where the forms used to be.
The site, top to bottom

Make it look like a place you would want to spend an evening, then get out of the way.
The visual style came first. Royal blue courts, white lines, glass walls, real daylight. Bright and social rather than dark and heroic, which is where most sport brands end up. Everything after that sits on the same palette. The logo came last, a quiet serif lockup that lets the courts do the talking.
No shoot. No crew. No court booked out for two days.
Every frame here was generated. The players, the courts, the light, the kit. It means a brand can see the finished campaign before committing to a production budget, and change its mind about the whole thing without that costing anything. The craft moves from the shoot day to the direction, which is where it was always doing the most work.
